Yes. Your sessions and notes are stored in a secured Supabase database and are only accessible when you're signed in to your account. We keep the product scope intentionally minimal to avoid unnecessary data collection.

Only what's needed to run your account: your email address, display name (if provided via Google), and the focus sessions you create — tasks, notes, and timestamps. We do not collect device identifiers, location data, or anything you don't explicitly create.

Is my Google account safe when I sign in with Google?

Yes. You sign in on Google's own pages — we never see your Google password. We only request your email and basic profile to create your account, and we do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or your contacts.

Who stores and processes my data?

Your data is stored in a Supabase-managed Postgres database. The web app is hosted on Vercel. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Can I delete my account and data?
